Ok, so. This is blogging. Weird.... so.... What do people talk about on these things? Their kids? Well, I don't have any........ Their hobbies? I don't really have many of those either........ Their job(s) (don't look at me that way. In this ecconomy you never know!) Ok, focus! Jobs. Well, I don't really have a "real" job, at least not one that one would be able to audition for. And I say audition in the lightest way possible. Anyway, my job. If I had to write a description for what I do it would look like this....
JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle: AssisstantEssential Duties: Help to maintain order, cleanliness and safety within the working environment. Secondary Duties: Prepare nourishment and beverages for clientsMake sure clients recieve the proper amount of daily physical activity required for their ageEnsure that the proper leisure time is given based upon the age and ability of the clientMake sure clients act in appropriate waysClean up any disorder that a client may ensue upon undermining the aboveSkills Required:Settle disagreements amung clientageAuthority to disipline a rogue client for the allotted time specifiedGood organisational skillsExcellent culinary skillsA strong stomach to handle a #2 half way up an 18 month old's back........ok, so if you couldn't tell by that last one my job is working at a daycare. My Aunt's daycare so no, there are no job openings. It's a great job. Tiring, but fun. It's really not like work at all. Unless you call sitting around and eating mud pies and playing with the cutest children on the face of the earth hard. Ok, so we do do more than just sit around all day. It is draining sometimes too. But I think at the end of the day getting a 2 year-old to do his "ka-kas" in the potty(a skill he has been working on for 2 weeks and many accidents later) is more rewarding than knowing you made 167.5 people a pound heavier with the food YOU cooked just to make a living....
Anyway, I think I'm going to go now since I've already made........ 2 references to feces. I'll try posting again tomorrow, maybe even get a little zealous and try adding a picture! :o) ;)
